Abstract
Universities are the producer and storer of lots of intellectual properties, along with the increase of a mass of digital resources, how to organize, store, manage and efficiently utilize these resources has become an inevitable problem. This paper puts forward a feasible solution through the study of various digital asset management systems at home and abroad and application characteristics in universities to divide a digital asset management system into three core parts, namely asset acquisition, asset management and asset release. Practice has proved that this architecture method is suitable for university use and organization characteristics and realizes the maximization of resource utilization.
