Project Suggestions Planning Process

Suggestion is one of the requirements for progress, and projects are wings to improve. Sometimes a suggestion may sustain or even survive a project. Actually in the project-based activities, managing suggestions and using their benefits are more important than routine activities. This different significance arises from risky and time-limited nature of a project. In this issue, it seems an organized system could assist a project manager to acquire the benefits of suggestions during project life-cycle as quick as possible. This would be achievable if all stakeholders perceive and support the importance of suggestions for project progress and optimization. Accordingly, a well-defined and standard process would be essential to manage all suggestions in a project. As a result, defining such a process in project management body of knowledge could be recommendable. Whereas presenting and evaluating a suggestion is possible through some kind of communication, it is better to fix this process in the project communication management as Project Suggestion Planning Process.
