Abstract
In this paper, we investigate quantum optimal control for meson exchange effect in the presence of the cloud of one nucleon (neutron or proton). We established a-three particles physical model in which we analyzed the controls´ pulse forced on two nucleons. The efficiency of the quantum optimal controls transiting ground state to the excited state is evident via our computations.
