Abstract :
This paper researches the application status of the GIS platform in power industry, against existing problems, proposes a spatial data model of power facilities suitable for the power industry, the method of Semantic-based clustering index and the multi-level caching mechanism to speed up the response speed. And possible problems and future prospects of the development of power GIS platformin are broung forward in the article concludes.
