Abstract :
Due to significant progress in semimagnetic semiconductor crystal-growth techniques, the interest in collective electromagnetic excitations in different frequency regions has increased essentially. There is considerable interest in semimagnetic semiconductors owing to the fact that they possess both a magnetic subsystem and an electronic one exerting significant influence on each other. Of special interest is the case when the concentration of magnetic ions of transitive metals in the semimagnetic semiconductor is great enough and the exchange interaction between the ion magnetic moments can result in their antiferromagnetic ordering. We are interested in this phase, of the semimagnetic semiconductors as their antiferromagnetic resonance frequency can lie in a band of millimeter and submillimeter frequencies. The use of the semimagnetic semiconductors can be essential for the signal processing in these ranges
