  • Abstract
    An automatic fuzzy-set-based method is presented to compute the optimum sizes of voltage followers (VFs). Based on SPICE simulations and fuzzy sets to represent the gains closer to unity and the large bandwidths, the proposed method selects the optimum sized topologies by applying fuzzy sets intersection. The approach includes two restrictions: bounds on the performance parameters and a threshold, both defined by the circuit design expert/user.
