Abstract :
In this paper, an optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) which is independent from correlation-interval and mobile speed is analyzed, which is on the basis of the channel auto-correlation Doppler shift estimation algorithm. And then an optimized SNR tracking (OSNRT) algorithm on the basis of Rake receiver under multi-path fading channel is proposed. The improved algorithm calculated Doppler shift by selecting a finger whose SNR is nearest to the optimal SNR. Simulation results show that contrasted to conventional schemes the proposed approach is less sensitive to correlation-interval and velocity varieties.
