This paper firstly indicates the designing aim and process of the English Internet Course of Analog Electronic Technology, based on which the author sets forth detailed the information of homepage, cyber education, experimental teaching, self-testing exercises and the distinguishing design of message board. The Web design has well navigating, communicating and independent property.
