AHP and the assessment of community fire risk in the city of Hampton, Virginia

As part of the accreditation process under the National Fire Service Accreditation program, the City of Hampton, Virginia, USA has recently completed a prototype community fire risk assessment in which every structure was classified to a risk category. A risk metric derived from a [Consequence, Frequency] doublet quantified the risk associated with individual structures.
