Abstract :
The basic hypothesis of the investigation is-the better the starting conditions of a cooperative R&D project, the better the progress of this project and the higher the success of the project. The main objective of this article is to derive a core model of starting conditions critical to the progress and the success of European cooperative R&D projects.
