Abstract :
With the analysis of the fundamental of the third order charge pump phase locked loop, the formula of two order low pass filter is given on the based of phase margin and loop bandwidth of the CPPLL, the formula is verified by the tool of ADS and MATLAB, The result indicates that set the parameter of CPPLL by the given method. A good group system parameter can be obtained by the several modifications, The simulation result meets the prospected data. Programming method will have certain significance in system level design and simulation of the CPPLL.
