Abstract :
A training aid for young amputees with myoelectric prostheses has been developed using an approach based on computer games. With the use of custom-designed hardware and software, subject motivation is maintained while the therapist is provided with a permanent record of the training session. This record then can be used for subject evaluation purposes.<>
