Title :
Statistically predicting disruptive short-time undervoltage condition
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
Power abnormalities originating within the utility system and transferred to the commercial user of electricity are discussed. The magnitude, type and duration of these power quality aberrations are quite diverse. The authors define the different types of disturbances. It is noted that not all disturbances are disruptive; typically most will go unnoticed. The intent is to focus only on those disturbances that are believed capable of creating electronic equipment malfunctions and thus are a threat to productivity.<>
