Abstract
For the components of 1.5MW horizontal axis wind power gearbox, the reliability and failure rate of components of wind power gearbox are analyzed and calculated. The changing curve of dynamic reliability and failure rate with time are given. The variation rule of components about dynamic reliability and failure rate with time by the time-varying curves are also obtained. The analysis is conducted based on the dynamic reliability model of components under random loads. The analysis results show that the reliability is decreasing with time and the failure rate is also the same with the reliability. The failure curves have failure feature of earlier period for “Bathtub curves”. The results verify that the usability and practicability of mechanical components dynamic reliability mode. At the same time, it has guiding significance to determine the test time and reliable life of wind turbine gearbox components.
