Abstract :
In this paper, a multipoint moment-matching technique is implemented to obtain a reduced-order model solution of the electromagnetic field in hybrid systems comprising transmission lines and lumped linear circuit elements. The transmission lines and the lumped linear elements are modeled by considering a unique electromagnetic system described by the Maxwell equations in the S-domain. Accurate frequency responses of these hybrid systems are obtained by using only a few selected frequency points, thus reducing substantially the necessary computational effort.
