Abstract
Multicluster ALLIANCES is a recently proposed packet collision resolution (PCR) scheme based on vir- tual-MIMO techniques. In multicluster ALLIANCES, a large-scale wireless Ad Hoc network is divided into clusters and the ALLIANCES scheme is applied independently to resolve collisions in the clusters. However, there are still some flaws in multicluster ALLIANCES. In this paper, by presenting a concise theoretic analytic model and a new CNS algorithm, a novel multicluster PCR scheme is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can obtain higher performance gain than both multicluster ALLIANCES and single cluster ALLIANCES.
