Abstract :
In this paper, a new reliability analysis method is developed for turbopump device with the zero-failure life testing data. To assess the reliability of turbopump device with zero-failure data, firstly, equivalent failure theory is used to convert the zero-failure data into equivalent failure data, and then E-Bayesian estimation combing data fusion method are introduced to calculate its reliability. Finally, the reliability estimation results of the turbopump device demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.
