To ensure that the project risk assessment is scientific, firstly, a risk estimate matrix based on matrix method is established according to the trait of project risk assessment. Then using concentrated numeric statistic method and interval fuzzy processing method, the estimated data is analyzed. Finally, the method is applied to a software project risk evaluation, the result fully demonstrates its applicability.
