After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Cost is an important factor in anti-air missile system reliability allocation. Reliability and cost mathematical relation model is established in this paper, ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. This article also offers an optimum plan, which is calculated by use of some practical examples, and the results show that ant colony algorithm is effective to deal with reliability allocation problem.
