Abstract :
It is pointed by the mental hygiene office of WHO: schools are the optimum places for promoting students´ mental health as they may impart some skills for solving problems to students and change students´ behaviors by intervening in special problems and giving psychological consultation. The Physical Education and Health has become one part of school education, which is the main way for promoting students´ health and is naturally tasked to help students to improve their endurance and anti-frustration ability. The research is based on the experiments to promote middle school students´ mental health, aiming at establishing a model for promoting middle school students´ mental health through the experimental research into the promotion of middle school students´ mental health, providing theoretical support for training new qualified talents as required for the society and making contributions to social harmony.
