  • Abstract
The domestic waste decomposing microbial inoculants WU-1 was prepared in our lab and its acute oral toxicity and Ames-mutagenicity were determined. Thes results showed that The acute oral LD50 of the domestic waste decomposing microbial inoculants WU-1 was estimated to be greater than 5000 mg/kg by using of Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The domestic waste decomposing microbial inoculants WU-1 did not produce mutagenicity to Salmonella typhimurium TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102.
