  • Abstract
To investigate the effect of AP on tumor necrosis factor, interleukin -6 and Interleukin -8 during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups(n = 8), sham group(group A), myocardial ischemia reperfusion group(group B), Complex Danshen tablets group(group C), AP low dose group(group D), AP high dose group(group E). The concentrations of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 were detected. The result shows that the level of TNF-α increased obviously in 30 minutes after myocardial ischemia and after reperfusion in groups C, D, E, but less than that in group B (P<;0.05 or P<;0.01); the level of IL-6 and IL-8 increased obviously after reperfusion in groups C, D, E, but less than that in group B (P <; 0.05). Experimental studies may arrive at the conclusion that AP can inhibit the production of serum TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8, which can protect heart tissue during myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.
