Abstract :
In the given work we embarked an attempt to modify a design of the barrel-shaped open resonator (BOR) with the aim to place and to match to it the semi-conductor generating elements (Gunn diodes). We have shown by experiment, BOR with a narrow rectangular groove can successful be used as a resonance system of solid-state oscillators. Power adders of several solid-state sources can be constructed on its basis
