Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to develop a database of measured radar cross section (RCS) values for penetrable targets and provide an example of its use for code comparisons. The material used in this research is polyethylene with a relative dielectric constant of approximately 2.3 over the frequency range of interest The target shapes include a mini-arrow and an ogive.
