Abstract :
The analysis results of a circular polarization coupler based on a strip metal-dielectric line, designed for the construction of a polarizing EHF device SWR and reflectivity phase measuring set, are given. Strip metal-dielectric line (SMDL), has a structural simplicity, polarizing stability, sufficiently low losses and is highly promising in the millimetric wave band, especially in its short-wave region. A polarizing measurer, the main structural element of which is a circular polarization coupler, could used for the parameters measurement of EHF devices
