Abstract :
The electromagnetic interference effects in the μA741 operational amplifier circuit were investigated in this paper. Through the using of pulse injection, the output characteristics of μA741 were simulated by considering of EMI effects. Through sensitivity and smoke analysis, the simulation results shown that the differential input stage and the intermediate amplifying stage are the most sensitive and vulnerable function model in the μA741 circuits to EMI effects.
