Abstract :
This paper presents the concept of designing an area efficient monolithic charge pump with constant output power over the whole supply range. The output power is controlled by appropriately changing the oscillator frequency at low supply values. The presentation will include both simulation and measurement results, proving that the output power fits the specification for the entire power supply range.
