As to the lack of policy guidance and support in rural off-farm workers´ spirit civilization construction, specially their physical exercise activities, the current situation of Hebei rural off-farm workers participate in leisure sports exercise is investigated and studied. And the suggestion of promoting rural off-farm workers participate in physical exercise is obtained, that is, improving facilities, creating better physical exercise atmosphere, at the same time, changing rural off-farm workers´ wrong idea of “physical work can replace sports activities”, and making them realize the sports exercise is good and participate in physical exercise positively, which facilitates the rural off-farm workers´ physical and mental health essentially.
