Abstract :
Opportunities of expansion of band frequency tuning of oscillators on GaAs-Gunn diodes, operating in a continuous mode in a range of temperatures, represent doubtless interest for the developers high stability of the radioelectronic equipment of a microwave range. In this paper the dependence of band frequency tuning of harmonic oscillator MM-range of lengths of waves on GaAs-Gunn diodes from temperature of an environment is experimentally investigated
