Adjusting the life echelon of aviation fleet aircrafts is a difficult work, and usually it needs a long period. This paper raises two kinds of adjusting mode, complementation mode and help mode, to coordinate the aircraft echelon use of fleets with the same plane type, and mathematical model about complementation mode is built through the systematic analysis. Then a Tabu Search(TS) algorithm with a long-term memory list is designed to solve the model. Finally, simulation and analysis are done to verify the availability of the method, which indicated the method can improve the aircrafts life-echelon state.
