Abstract :
In this paper a method is proposed for maximizing the dynamic range of active-RC and MOSFET-C filters, while satisfying IC implementation constraints and realising a given transfer function. By introducing a special transformation of variables, either explicit formulae for optimal element values are obtained or the structure of the resulting optimization problem is substantially simplified
