Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to simulate the motion process of auto health care equipments(AHE) and predict the influence of relative factors in the passive motion process. The results can be utilized in improve design of AHE and assess the influences of weight, mattress, posture, motion process etc. Basing on pressure measurement. Relative factors in the passive motion process were quantified. Conclusions are drawn from results of both pressure measurement and subjective evaluation. Recommendations are given to quantify the characters of passive motion of AHEs basing on the results. The method also has potential for quantifying complex force distribution and predict the feasibility of unprecedented functions or postures provided by healthcare equipments.
