Abstract :
In recent years, great interest in development and use of radiophysical methods for determination of the dielectric parameters of materials has been demonstrated. In particular, characteristics not only of isotropic dielectric materials but also of anisotropic monocrystal samples may be studied using microwave methods (Sehlegeb and Stockhausen, 1972; Gilbert and Manfred, 1979). In this paper, a method of parameter determination for isotropic and anisotropic dielectrics has been proposed. The results of the permittivity measurement of a series of materials in centimeter and millimeter bands are presented
