Abstract :
Connection rerouting is an important function for handoff processing in connection-oriented mobile communication networks. Several methods have been proposed for the connection rerouting, but they are lacking in generality and flexibility. In this paper, we propose a general model of connection rerouting, based on connection information, which is provided to mobile terminals through connection recording. The generality and flexibility of the proposed method is purely from the connection information
