In order to handle the problem of lower efficiency of the traditional spare parts supply mode, Cooperative supply mode based on the supply chain management is proposed. The cooperative optimize model based on single inventory policy is established and the component of total costs for finding the optimal policy parameters according to the lowest total cost is analyzed. The proposed model includes ordering cost, holding cost, supply cost and supply postpone cost of supply centre. Finally, the cooperative policy based on single inventory and the cooperative policies based on echelon inventory are compared by using the example to demonstrate the availability of new supply policy.
