Abstract
Research methods adopted include documentation and questionnaire survey. Through an in-depth research on current situation of physical training of adolescent basketball players of Ji´an City, Jiangxi Province, this paper puts forward approaches and methods of physical training of adolescent basketball players for providing reference for the coach.
