Abstract :
CuSe and InSe nanoparticles were synthesized using organic solution pyrolysis route. The size and shape of nanoparticles depend on synthesis conditions such as reaction time and injecting reagent order. We achieved the synthesis of InSe nanowires with 5 nm width, 10 um length, hexagonal plate with 100 nm side and CuSe spherical nanoparticles with 20-50 nm diameter. Polycrystalline CuInSe2 film were formed directly on Si substrate using CuSe and InSe nanoparticles by drop casting method. Here we showed a easy, low cost method to fabricate CuInSe2 films which will open up new avenu in CuInSe2 solar cell.
