In order to ensure general equipment supply chain´s normal operation, this paper proposes a MAS-based reliability evaluation model in supply chain. The model includes three kinds of evaluation agents: the node agent at the lowest level that employs the genetic projection pursuit method to evaluate the reliability of each node enterprise; the subsystem agent stands in the middle and the weights of the node enterprises´ reliability are proposed by the eigenvalue weighted method; the system agent at the top layer is responsible for evaluating the whole reliability of supply chain.
