Abstract :
What is the relation between evolution and self-organization of biosystems? When self-organization processes are considered, one has in mind processes during which more complex and perfect biostructures emerge. In agreement with this, the question can be asked: Is every evolution process in a biosystems a self-organization process? The answer is naturally negative unless the "internal striving" for self-organization has not been introduced into biophysical processes. Evolution can also lead to degradation. If biosystem evolution is controlled by a minimum of entropy production (non-equilibrium conditions) then a dissipative self-organization of dynamic biostructures occurs. Dissipative structures in heterogeneous biosystems placed in mm-waves can reach the state of thermodynamic equilibrium by leaps (as a result of a nonequilibrium phase transformation). The basic properties of these structures are described
