Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Modern aircrafts has performed Three Level Maintenance (3LM) for a long time, and exposed many problems, such as maintenance system couldn´t fit the aircraft self´s technologies and logistical support demands, and led to the increasing of support costs. Based on it, we research the parts of key technologies of Two Level Maintenance (2LM) for modern aircraft, including support process model, simulate calculation, predict analyses, and we find some useful results. The results of the study would be beneficial to simplify maintenance system of modern aircraft and as soon as possible to bring about 2LM System.
