“Proactive Maintenance” has become a hot topic in recent years in the maintenance field. The concept and connotation of Proactive Maintenance was given. The relationship among Proactive Maintenance and other maintenance type was analyzed. Moreover, RCM analytical method considering Proactive Maintenance was presented in this paper. Proactive Maintenance strategy was applied, which could make RCM process implement more effectively, more perfect and livelily.
