Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the Low-Rate initial production of China´s aeroengine, this paper systematically investigates the difficulties met in Low-Rate initial production. In order to satisfy the power needs for china´s major aircrafts, in allusion to the characteristics of this stage, it is focused to improve the development process of aeroengine Low-Rate initial production, and guarantee quality and safety and accelerate the formation and stability of aeroengine.
