Technology tools solve technology training problems

The criteria for selecting and implementing a training project in the maintenance and operations areas of rail transportation are explained. The decision-making required in applying available technologies for interactive training, expert systems, graphics animations, simulations of varying degrees of complexity, and databases is discussed.
