Abstract :
In our work we have developed a new methodology for the design of nonlinear dynamical systems and signal processing algorithms. In this paper, we discuss the basic concept of this approach, as well as some variations of the applied model. We show the results of application of this approach in signal estimation. We also compare the obtained results with that of Kalman filtering. The results indicate that we are able, applying our new approach, to obtain with relative ease the estimators that are comparable, and sometimes even superior and more robust as compared to Kalman filtering
