The equipment quality in operational phase has been the main factor that affects equipment quality. In this paper, based on analyzing the partition and component of operational phase of armored equipment, the concept of quality control of armored equipment in operational phase was pointed out, and in order to offer basic process and steps of quality control of equipment in operational phase to the equipment managers and users, the model of quality control process of armored equipment in operational phase was built with two quality control methods which are PDCA method and six sigma method.
