As the price of Guided Ammunition is very expensive, it is unpractical to adopt function test and live shell in a large scale Mathematical model, which is established to estimate storage life of guided ammunition based on reliability statistics, and the mathematical model is used to analyze the data of reliability test for storage life of Ready-to-fire. The data of reliability test was corrected using Bayes´ theorem. Its storage life was given under a certain confidence level.
