Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The essence property of the IETM concept is to quickly provide the comprehensive technical information related to maintenance tasks for field service technicians. Based on the essence property, and accorded to the characteristics of small equipment, this paper put forward a kind of technical support information management and the quick query architecture. Practice had proved that it provided a unique, convenient and effective method for information management and query for information accumulation, information organization and information application.
