Reinforcing the process management is the important measure and way to improve the production quality of equipment research and development. This paper studies the relationship between the process management and the production quality of equipment research and development under the new situation, and analyzes the problems of the process management during the production of equipment research and development. It also thinks critically how to reinforce the process management during the production of equipment research and development, and probes into the basic principles and concrete measures of perfecting the process management.
