Abstract :
To solve the problems of difficulty to obtain failure data and huge computation occurred in analysis and eliminating methods of familiar failures module of IETM, a method of generating the module automatically based on FMECA(Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis) and FTA(Failure Tree Analysis) is proposed. The relationship between FMECA, FTA and the data module is established, and an intelligent generation method of data module based on RBR is developed. The problems in manually editing technical data are solved and the efficiency of editing technical data is improved. As a result, the manpower and material resources are saved and the standardized technical data can be obtained efficiently and exactly.
