Abstract :
Based on dynamics of satellites formation flying itself, J2 invariant formation can be capable of keeping the formation autonomously without consuming the fuel resource. However, this characteristic can be destroyed by the atmosphere perturbation. In this paper, based on the condition of existence of the .12 invariant formation, the reason of destroy of J2 invariant formation by atmosphere perturbation is analysed. Then, the desired changing law of the follower satellite is planned to compensate for the influence of the atmosphere perturbation to reestablish and keep the J2 invariant formation. A nonlinear control law is presented accordingly to make the real orbit elements of the follower satellite track the desired ones, through which the goal of reestablishment and keeping of J2 invariant formation is attained. In the end, the effectiveness of the given controller is verified by the simulation results.
